Talking about the scam tread that was being passed around.   Just because the bank says the cashiers check is good does not make it so.  What they do is pull the check back or cancel it before funds can be drawn on it.  It you have already sent the shipping costs to them then you are out.  They tried that scam on some friends of mine.  Fortunaly they did not send any money.  They just held on to make sure it was for real.  Bank notified them that the customer had cancelled the check.
