RE: polygraphite bushings sound

I wonder if long fiber grease would work.
I use this with diesel engine - pump couplings made by Faulk.
They are flexible and this stuff is real thick and sticky, gets on
everything.
Use disposable gloves!

Hi Pablo,
There is a company named Weltmeister that sells poly
bushings for Porsche race cars. They provide a sticky
black grease specially made for poly bushings. It is
NOT graphite lube. The Porsche race cars would really
squeak loudly until they came out with their grease.
After we applied the grease the noises completely went
away & it lasted a long time as well. It's a bitch to
work with because it's so thick & sticky but it works
big time. I no longer work for the race shop so I
don't have any of the grease but I used to buy it from
Performance Products. They have a web site but I would
think you could buy it at any place that sells
Weltmeister.
