Don't forget that you can also change ratio with tire size.

  You need  a 24 tooth gear, which doesn't exist, nor can it. Your options
  include getting Steve Charette among others to build a ratio adapter for
  you, or you can run a 21 tooth gear (the biggest they get) and your
  speedometer will read about 8 mph faster than you're actually going.
