Bob,
The one that NAPA ordered for me says it's for a '64 Plymouth in their 
catalog, but the hose was labeled as 1/8" and included 2 copper washers. 
I believe that 1/8" hoses are used on the front brakes.   The one I took 
off my car was labeled 3/16", which would seem correct for the larger 
line going to the rear.
