The trick is to use a very high quality fluid... aka -Mopar Auto trans
fluid-

390,000 miles of abusing my Lil Red Ex. convinced me .. Tranny Life is in
the fluid.
Have a brother -in- law working for a chrysler dealer..They have used mopar
A.T fluid in gearboxes for years... recomended by Ma Mopar.
