I just did mine. Took 2 people, one up top and me working underneath. I was
lucky, the car had been in dry storage for the last 20 years. Of cource, I
skinned a couple of nuckles in the process!!!!!  The passenger side is hard
to get to, but it is do-able!

Any suggestions on how to disconnect the exhaust from the manifold?  The
passengers side looks damn near impossible to get to - matter of fact, I
almost literally cannot reach it to get it undone!  :)

Disconnect the exhaust pipe from manifold & pull the engine.  After removal,
heat the bolt (one at a time) with a torch. Heat until it glows. Remove
imediately  with an impact. Go to the next one. Just do one at a time. To
avoid cutting any metal with the torch, use either a rose-bud or braising
tip.
