Trimming mail from replies before you send is even more important now
since Topica has started including ads in mail delivered directly to
you.

It also gives satisfaction to delete those pesky ads stuck in the reply,
as well. "Highlight...delete!" :-)

So, this is a friendly reminder that the discussion guidelines say:

"7)TRIM! CUT! When replying to an e-mail it is not necessary to quote
the entire e-mail back to the list. Use your editor to trim out all but
what is relevant to your reply. This makes things a lot easier to read
and saves bandwidth as well."

50 lines of text containing old replies, ads, footers with a one
sentence reply is real hard to read. Highlighting and deleting massive
amount of excess 'stuff' when you reply makes reading the mail much
easier.

Thanks everyone!

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
