You will need to modify your mount towers if you currently have a 273 in
the car.  360's mounting ears on the passenger side are slightly
different.  The Mopar Chassis book tells what mods you need to do.  

If you dont have mounts already, Schumacher makes a good set of
conversion mounts/towers that will just bolt right in.

Exhaust manifolds, You will need spitfires or 64-66 V-8 manifolds.

Not sure if the oil pan is different or not.  I do know it is a center
sump pan.

You will need to be careful with intake and hood clearance.  An LD4B or
LD340 is 1 1/2 to 2 " taller than the stock 4bbl manifold that came on
these years.

I'm sure there are other nuances, someone else will probably chime in.
