It has to be ground considering two different angles.
Hard to do by free hand.but with alot of practice, can be done.
There is a gadget called Drill Doctor that is sold for resharpening bits.
I've never used one, so I don't know if they are up to the task.

OK, a little weird, but I AM USING THESE DRILL BITS ON A 62-65
