An R35 (body code 27) 2D convertible on page IT-20 and IT-46 of the FSM
shows long armrests without ashtrays that extend beyond the door handle.  I
can't help, my Belv2 is a 4D sedan (post, not hardtop).  Shows the same for
a Satellite R45(27).

The armrests with the ash trays are from the rear on another car, I beleive
that the long arm rest should be correct for a bel ll
