I've bought some rebuilt 906 heads that have had
2.14/1.81 valves installed and the head surface at
least smoothed off, but I don't know if they have been
milled very much. Where would one take a measurement
to determine how much metal has been removed? I was
thinking about milling these heads to increase the
compression ratio, but didn't want to increase the
valve train problems. I suppose .010 would cause very
few problems.
