Sway Bar Question

I am seriously considering install a front sway bar on my 64 Savoy.  I 
happened to be comparing a 67 k-frame with say bar mounts to my big 
block 64 k-frame and noticed the front shape of the two are the same 
minus the mounting holes for the sway bar.  My question is, could a 67, 
68, 69 sway bar work on the 64 k-frame if you also had the lower control 
arms and sway bar?
