Is this a daily driver or a weekend warrior ? personally, I would keep the
3.55 and enjoy the car. I have a 426 max wedge with 4:56 and I enjoy
driving it just the way it is. I finally finished the Brakes and Interior
last winter.

Hi again guys
Can anyone tell me beetween witch years modell a differential w/carrier
without suregrip fit into a 1964 8 3/4 rear axle.Type 741. Does it fit from
a 1965 and newer ? No problem keeping the old shafts ? Today I have a ratio
of 3.55:1 and thought that I should have a one with a ratio 2.93 or
something like that if the fuel prices going further up.
