  Well, I finally got my rods back from the shop and am ready to have the 
cheap street 451 balanced.  I know I need to send the dampner, pistons, rings, 
bearings crank and rods.  I just purchased a new in box sfi flex plate #P4529751 
at the Carnation show for $20.  Do I need to send the torque converter?  If 
so, I'll have to wait due to my financially challenged state.  Is there 
anything else that I should have balanced?  Lower pulley?  I ASSume that I will need 
to send the bolts for the above items too.   A half a bubble off in Washington
