The title company gets you a registration in your name, with the car's vin
number from a Non-title State. You then take that reg and get your title in
your State.

My state, Mass., and several others that I have heard of now require proof
of
prior registration if the car is from a no title state. I have used ITS
with
success before they started requesting proof of registration in the state
the
car is supposed to be from.

Have the title companies found a way to deal with this?
