I have the Edelbrock linkage installed, good quality and it seems to work, 
but I am having problems figuring out how to hook up the kick-down rod and 
getting a cable brack that puts the cable end somewhere near the center of the 
manifold.  The after market adjustable cable bracket is too high as is and would 
require cutting and welding.  I'm capable of doing this, but I would still be 
left with the kick down issue.  I took some photos of different set ups at the 
Carnation show that gives me a couple of ideas, but I would love to find the 
factory stuff, rare as I'm sure it is.   Joe
