While dinkin' around with my 64 Polara 500 last night I noticed a bit of "slop" on the driver side rear axle. I can pull/push the wheel and axle out/in about 1/4" - 1/2". I'm thinking this isn't normal and could be a problem.

Is this something that can be fixed with new bearings and seals (rebuild kit), or is this a much bigger issue? It's the old tapered axle rear end and I'd like to swapout with a newer rear, but don't have anything available on Kodiak.

I apologize if you've read this email before...I saw it sitting in my "draft" folder and don't think I sent it.

Thanks again for your help!
Andy
