You do it with a combo wrench and an allen wrench ( It should be right on top of the stearing gear box). If I remember from doing it years ago, you first loosen the nut, tighten the allen bolt in the center (while holding the nut to keep it from turning), then tighten the nut again. If that doesn't improve it to your liking, the gearbox probably needs to be rebuilt.
