wing vent window removal on a Ô64 b-body

I want to replace the lower interior chrome bracket on my wing vent window.  
Is it possible to do this without removing the window frame?

How do you remove the lock handle?  How do you remove the pivot pin from the 
door frame?

Any advice would really help.
