Kramers lists the vent kit for trunk mounted battery, think it also includes grommet for trunk floor.

I once recall seeing a photo of a factory trunk mounted battery that had
individual vent tubes connected to each of the 6 filler caps and then vented into
the trunk floor. I'm sre these caps bring high $$$ if you can find them. Joe
