You may want to call and talk to the place that rebuilt the speedo for 
their opinion on the 'clicking' noise. 

A dry or binding speedo cable, or a cable that has a slight bend or 
kink, causes a 'bounce' in the speedo needle. The core "winds up" 
slightly, which makes the speed reading drop, then the cable "unwinds" 
resulting in what looks like speed increasing. Every revolution of the 
cable repeats the process and the speedometer needle bounces. 
 
The Factory Service Manual reads: "Disconnect the cable at the 
speedometer housing, and remove the shaft. Clean the shaft and coat with 
a very thin film of lubricant and reinstall the shaft. Clean the excess 
lubricant from the top one-foot of core and from the ferrule before the 
shaft is inserted compleytely. CAUTION: Excessive lubricant may cause 
speedometer malfunction." 

The Factory Service Manual calls for using "Mopar All-Weather" 
Speedometer Lubricant, part number 1243632" which is a long gone part 
number I'm sure.

What's the current preferred Speedometer Lubricant for '62 to '65 
Mopars?
