There is no front or back for a torsion bar.  It will fit in either
direction.

They are in pairs, though, with a left and right.   The last three digits of
the part number are stamped on the end on the bar.   Right bars are even
numbers and left bars are odd numbers, with the right bar being one digit
less than the left.  Thus, with bars 774, 775 and 776, for example, 774-775
are a pair while 776 belongs with a bar stamped 777.

As to twisting, they get twisted in both directions installed on the car.
When a car hits a bump, the bar gets twisted one way and then "untwists" on
the rebound.  When you go through a pothole, the bar twists the other way
and then "untwists".

    1) Should T-bars be stored flat?? Probably , eh?? Not standing up in
    a corner, or would it matter?
    2) Should they not be mixed up, or does it matter? That is, should
    it be noted how they came from the car? is there a left and right or
    front and back? Would it actualy be good to rotate them anyway,to
    twist em the other direction?I havent actually pulled them out the
    back of the crossmember yet and wanted to chek with u guys before I
    did.
