A mis-firing cylinder or 2 will also cause it to shake. A cylinder short test will isolate the culprit if that is the case. Use a sharp pointed test prod with a platic handle and a ground wire and short one cylinder at a time while idling. If you find one that has no effect on idle rpm when shorted that cylinder ain't running.

If it vibrates while moving, it could be a bent driveshaft or a U joint going
bad. If it vibrates at idle, check Harmonic Dampner and flexplate for
tightness. Just a guess...
