I'm all for putting Mopar drivetrains back into Mopars, but keep in mind
the idea of swapping whatever you had into whatever you are driving is
the basic roots of hotrodding. While I'm not defending debasing a Mopar
by installing a Chevy drivetrain, there are a lot of guys out there who
can't afford to build a car the way they want, but still want something
custom. So, they use whatever they have access to. Some may be a rolling
abortion, but others, like Dodger's son, turn out a pretty interesting
project. I'm more of a purist, but I've done my share of sticking motors
where they were'nt intended to go. No Mopars, of course! And, like
Dennis said, Dodger and his son created some memories on this truck
they'll always have, unless his memory goes to crap, like mine! What
were we talking about??? Just 1.5 cents worth.
