Hi Ted!

Just a question as to why you'd want to monkey with the throttle
pressure ? There is no provision made to test throttle pressure & shift
points can be varied by changing governor weights but the throttle pressure
is a fixed adjustment made by the throttle lever tang stop screw. Line
pressure increases are commonly done when modifying a TorqueFlite but I
personally have never modified the throttle pressure adjustment. Just
Curious!!!

Regards
Wally

Subject: throttle pressure

how do you crank up the throttle pressure? is it the screws with the
springs
and brackets? or is it the big screw that is a stop for the kickdown valve?
