Is good old fashioned elbow-grease what is needed to remove all the crap stuck on sheetmetal inside the car (floor), or is there some other secret to removing it?  I'm talking mainly about the leftover padding/insulation stuff, glue, that sort of thing.
 
Any suggestions?
