yes. it depends. perhaps not. maybe.

it can be done and the all the parts are readily available, but it
really depends on what you want to do.  small block? big block? something
else?   do you what to retain your stock ball-n-trunion driveshaft?
or convert to a slip yoke?  what size clutch? this clutch question 
should really be asked 'how much HP?  what kind of RPMs do you
anticipate?'  do you need to pass any auto racing sanctioning body's tech 
inspections?
