 Dwight,  I have used Testor's model paint for the colors, and a very
fine brush to apply with. The emblems are easy to paint on the bench, and
the paint "flows" nicely to finish like a sprayed surface. You can paint
the "stripe" in the gills center too. The paint will match if you paint
everything from the same jar!   Tom in Dallas
