Sounds high to me. I think that NAPA has them or can get them . I don't know why you could not use a later model 3 prone one and just use one post on it. Might have to search for the right post but should work.

Gary,
Thanks for the information! Found 6 of these neutral safety switchs at a
warehouse in New Jersey; however, they want $39.95 per switch. Is it really
worth this much? Shipping is extra.
Have found a solution to the tranny inline filter - don't put it in at this
time.
What do you think - $39.95 + shipping for a neutral safety switch?
