Yup, that's a Poly dual quad...and yes it'll work on your 318 Poly!  That's the same casting # that is on my dual quad.  Go for it!  I bought/won one from ebay a month ago...haven't built the engine yet, but DAMN it looks sweet when I've got the carbs/air cleaners/etc pre-fitted on there!
