Gary,
You might be thinking of Bill Richardson at Ram Racing Engines in VA. He
will be building my engine in September if all goes well. He is the only
one I've found that stocks all the rotating parts and can put a whole
package together.
Most good engine shops can put a package together but others that work
with the poly are Chrisman's C.A.R.S. in Santa Anna, CA., Eckman Machine
in Rexburg, ID. and Junior Thompson in Norwalk, CA.
