There is a damper on the passenger side exhaust manifold that diverts  the
exhaust thru the intake and out the other exhaust manifold. These will
freeze open and no hot exhaust gasses will be routed thru the intake making
the engine very cold natured in winter. This may not be your problem but it
is something. You will have to free this damper with liquid wrench or
equivalent.
