Well, using some common logic, all the RB engines (413, 426 wedge, 440, and
the obscure 383) would use the same length connecting rod and have the same
piston pin height. Similarly, we would expect the 350, 361, 383, and 400 to
all share the same rods and pin heights. We also know that the RB rod is a
different length than the B rod. Using specs from the Silv-O-Lite catalog at
http://www.beckracing.com/slvpg38.htm

The listing is:
361 truck (60-77) - 7.5 CR, Comp. Ht. 1.880
383 (59-71) - 9.5, 8.4, or 8.7 CR, Comp Ht 1.848
400 (72-80) - 8.0 CR, Comp Ht 1.812
413 truck (60-77) - 7.5 CR, Comp Ht 2.019
440 (66-71) - 9.5 or 8.8 CR, Comp Ht 1.970
440 (66-71) - hypereutectic, 9.7 or 10.1 CR, Comp Ht. 1.990
440 (72-80) - 8.0 CR, Comp Ht. 1.912

So it looks like you've either got really low compression, or your machinist
milled the heck out of your heads/deck to bring the ratio back up.
