If we that buy on ebay or elsewhere went to the trouble to find these used
parts and then go to the wrecking yard in over 100 degree or 20 below
weather and had to pull these parts, we would probably want to charge even
more than some sell for. The new parts are our own fault. We could easily
call the parts dept of our local dealer and have them search for them to see
if they are still available. We are so busy nowadays that money is easier to
let go of than time. My $.02 worth.

Rich helped me with a couple oddball questions that no other (insert
name here) Mopar "expert" even bothered to respond to. Nice guy, and
I've bought stuff from him on eBay no problems. You need to watch the
auctions. He'll list stuff sometime very high, and sometimes very low.
Depends on the market at the time. I saved $20 on a little book he
lists all the time. I got it for $12, and somebody else paid over $35
for the same book, just a couple weeks later.
I also noticed that most of the parts he sells are covered in his how to
articles over the years. So readers doing a little research can find
this stuff in the yards out there somewhere and save $.
I paid too much for stuff before I realized there are usually other
options out there. I'd also recommend dropping him a note about the
intake, because he seemed like a pretty straight up guy to me and would
probably make it right. Can't hurt to ask.
