The 64 B and 65 B and C bodies all use the same 4 speed boots for the
console, covering a rectangular hole. The A-body boot is not used with a
console, just a trim plate that might have a shift pattern on it. The A-body
boot covers a round hole. Its also more likely for Laysons to have certain
parts for A-bodies and nothing for B's since they favor the A's.
