Jeff,

  I've flush mine before out of the car and used a kit
from Eastwood. You use the kit plus Muratic acid and
acetone. It worked well and coated the inside of the
tank, but you have to watch out for the chemicals. I
melted the bottom of my shoes and I believe they still
can be seen on my driveway!
