My nephew, (who makes hood scoops, lightweight bumpers, panels, etc), has 
templates, measurements, etc., but I doubt he'd part with them, being he makes 
these things and sells them.
Matter of fact, I doubt he'd even tell me, although I'm using the Hemi scoop 
on my car.
