If you dont have your handy dandy chart available heres what you do to
find a particular diameter.
Example: P235/60R15
The 60 represents the tire profile or the distance from the rim to the
ground as a percentage of the width.
235 is the width in milimeters.
15 is your rim diameter in inches.
When calculating the diameter of the overall tire:
2(.60x235)+(15x25.4)=663.0mm DIA or 663/25.4=26.1 in DIA.
If 26.1 inches is to tall take a look at a smaller width or a larger
profile.
