The hose is a "7.5 - ID Hose. The defroster vent hoses are a "2.5 ID Hose. I was lucky enough that my intake hose was in fairly good shape. I just patched up the few small holes with duct tape on either side of the hole area. The defroster vent hose was replaced with Shop-Vac hose that was handy at the time. Gates has a line of industrial type hoses that would work for both applications. Check out their website as that is where I saw them. I didn't get far enough that I needed a supplier though.
