I changed the filter about 7K miles ago along with new transmission 
lines to the radiator, not sure when I changed the fluid but it was 
probably something like 3K miles ago.  I guess I'll try the mobile one 
as suggested.

The car did overheat once about 8K miles ago, but I don't think I fried 
anything.  I had the radiator boiled out and replaced the tranmission 
lines to the rad then.  After the overheat it would slip all the time, 
but the slipping went away when I replaced the fluid last time. Its 
gradually creeped back.  Hopefully a good brand of fluid will do the 
trick.
