The Maxies had the option of aluminum or steel front ends. The Hemi cars had 
aluminum only.

The wipers would have been there to satisfy NHRA rules - the cars had to have 
full street equipment, including factory exhaust. That is why the factory 
race cars came with a single exhaust system hanging from the car, but was not 
connected to the headers. The radio and heater delete were also up to the person 
ordering it, their choice.
