One additional note on aluminun cars as I know it to be. I purchased my 
64 Belvedere hardtop 426 Stage III aluminum car in 1971 from my neighbor 
who was the original owner.
Not so much the term Factory Race Car, but the option when ordering the 
race package. Cars with the 11:1 comp engines were normally ordered with 
the steel option and no hood scoop. The 13.5:1 comp race package 
normally was ordered with the dual hump air scoop which was part of the 
aluminum option.
If any of you have Mopar Muscle January 1999 you may read and view on a 
great chart with option notes all the variations. The article is called 
"Chrycler's Light Brigade and deals with most of the 1963/64 options. 
The February 1999 issue is Part II and deals with the 1965 options.
