You may be referring to the rubber flapper on the firewall that lets the 
water drain from the cowl vents.  Jim's Auto Parts lists a DI-527 that 
suppose to fit all 66-74 A,B&E bodies.  I'd check with them to see if it 
fits the earlier ones also.  I have a 2002 catalog that lists a price of 
$5.95, but you can never go by the prices in his catalog anyway... 
they're always changing :-)
