Thomas,

I would not mess with trying to match a piston that your
don't know the specs on. I would just bite the bullet and
buy a new set.

Any interest in that head?

Hi All,

I have a dilemma for my car. I have a 66 426 Hemi
engine that one of my pistons have gotten broken by a
valve seat coming loose. The pistons were installed
by the previous owner and none of my paperwork shows
the make or size of them.

My mechanic told me that Ross will make us a new
piston, but we have to buy 4 of them. This will be
$400.00.

Has anyone else run into this problem or similar that
can offer any suggestions?

thanks
Tomcat
