Removing poly exhaust manifolds

Hey, guys,
I've got to remove the poly exhaust manifolds on my 1964 Fury.  Any easy 
way to do this?  Do I need to jack up the motor?  Do the bolts break 
easily?  Do any bolts/studs go through the water jackets?
