Those pieces are called: Bumper,Quarter Outside Panel Jack PN 2255604-5 for 1963 Plymouth, and Dodge intermediates.
Probably a carry-over part for 64, but since I don't have a 64 catalog, so I can't be sure about that.
Have you tried Gary Goers, or Kramers?

I didn't know what else to call it and I'm not sure if
it's called a rear valence on the 64 Fury. I can't
find the part in my trusty 64 collision parts list
book. The rear valence or pan extends horizontally
across the rear between the bumper and body. I just
need to find the rubber edge molding or a substitute.
