Another "fun" thing to do is to send them emails with HUGE attachments 
... I sent an old, 3 meg document on how to install Windows 95 (chock 
full of screen shots/pictures) about 15 times ... hopefully the slug is 
using a dial-up connection and will be waiting about a week to get his 
email ...
