Muntz Jets, creation of Mad Man Muntz was the first car to install seatbelts 
STANDARD in all their cars. 1950 to 1954. 
Mr. Muntz thought that the panache of having seatbelts in all his cars 
emphasized how fast they went. Of course with either a Cadillac or Lincoln V8 in a 
stripped down aluminum body these early personal luxury sports cars were quick.
