i don't know about the elites, but for my cheapies i heated the tube and pounded a
deep socket two sizes bigger against the hot spot.
it took awhile but we snuck up on it, the good thing is the plugs are the smaller
 version, you can even get them in a shorty from excel.
i bet the tube ended up losing half the volume, but that is the way they were when
i dynoed the engine, they did pretty well considering.

good sized ding in the 3rd tube right side to clear the plug. Any
