look for tach in dash

Yup

150 mph speedo, maybe yes , maybe no.Not required

Not sure

Front sway bar.

Yup

Front discs, maybe yes, maybe no. All Formulas dont have them, and
these were not factory installed, but dealer installed.

Option for all models

Stripe, maybe yes, maybe no, another dealer installed option, but
not required on a formula S.Also because of dealer installation,
there could be wide variances in the "artists" interpretation of
       a body stripe.

Option for all models

Heavier rear springs

Yup

Formula S medallions on front of fenders.

Yup

Probably has a 7.25 rear with sure grip ( yes there was a 7.25
sure grip if u can believe it)

Option for all models

Dual exhaust feeding into a single resonator on drivers side
with a notch in the rear valence for it.

Nope, was single exhaust. It ran a Y pipe from the manifolds to the exhaust pipe

Heavier shocks

Yup.

To add to this, all the items above could be bought as options, but the tach and FS badges.
